WHAT DO I DO IF I LOSE A CROWN OR BRIDGE?
Keep the tooth clean and call for an appointment. Drug stores carry temporary cement and filling material if it will be a few days before seeing us.
WHAT DO I DO IF I’M IN PAIN?
Call us and we will try and get you an appointment ASAP. Try not to place aspirin against a tooth or gums as this can make things worse.
HYGIENE:
HOW DO I GET MY KIDS TO BRUSH?
Try making brushing fun, for example – putting on their favorite song while they brush, brushing all together as a family etc.
WHAT IS PLAQUE?
Plaque is a clear film of bacteria that accumulates on hard to reach areas and on teeth. Regular flossing, brushing, and professional cleanings can help prevent build up!
WHAT CAUSES BAD BREATH?
Odor can persist due to poor dental hygiene or external sources. Some external sources such as smoking, chewing tobacco, drinking coffee/tea/wine – can lead to discoloration or odors.
