NIGHT GUARDS
Night Guards are designed to protect the teeth from damage caused by grinding or clenching, particularly during sleep. They help reduce the risk of tooth wear, jaw pain, and other dental issues related to bruxism (teeth grinding).
HOW IS A NIGHT GUARD MADE?
- Dr. John assesses patient’s teeth to see if a night guard would help or is needed
- A scan is made of the mouth to make a night guard and sent to the lab
- In 4-7 days, the night guard is ready to be picked up! Dr. John will help with a quick try-in appointment to ensure a perfect fit and then it’s all yours!
SLEEP APNEA
Sleep apnea is a common sleep disorder where a person stops breathing for short periods during sleep. These pauses in breathing can happen many times a night, and disrupt normal rest and reduces oxygen levels.
Dr. John can help patients scan and order a sleep apnea device!
