Implants can be the best treatment plan when patients loses a tooth or several teeth. Some people have ill fitting dentures, and an implant can help stabilize and retain the dentures. By using implants people can replace a missing tooth while also keeping other teeth in place.

WHAT ARE TOOTH IMPLANTS?
Dental implants are small titanium posts placed into the jawbone to replace a missing tooth root. It provides a stable foundation for a crown, bridge, or denture, restoring both function and appearance for a missing tooth.

HOW IS AN IMPLANT DONE?
- Dr. John examines a patient, and advises the necessary x-rays or CBCT scans needed before an implant
- Under anesthesia necessary extractions and bone grafting
- Healing period and follow up appointments are complete to check on the healing
- Implants are placed with healing period (sleeping implant)
- The custom abutment and crown are ordered from the lab and placed
